Hands down the best sushi you can get in Amsterdam, and probably the Netherlands. Service is fantastic, sushi is amazing, and the atmosphere feels very private and relaxed. The cost price performance is great as well. Also, the chef is also a trained pastry chef so his desserts are always on point. Run, don't walk.
Delicious as always
Edomae sushi is a culture. The moment you open the sliding door, your hospitality begins and you'll be served sushi that has been prepared according to the weather that day. The ingredients are carefully selected (some items are ordered from Japan), and each piece of nigiri made with great skill is surprising and moving. The sake they have available pairs perfectly with the nigiri.
There are very few sushi restaurants in Japan where you can enjoy such a delicious experience. A moment of bliss🙏.
